Please Donate Blood and Save a Life

Firelands Chapter is part of the Northern Ohio Blood Region based in Cleveland. Since area hospitals have contracts with the Northern Ohio Blood Region, Firelands Chapter has a responsibility to help collect  the blood needed by the region.

Firelands Chapter is currently collecting about 11,000 pints of blood per year. Between 7 and 8% of our population donates blood. We hope you are a part of this very important family. Nationally, the American Red Cross produces more than 14 million blood products to 1,300 hospitals across the country. Blood safety and availability are top priorities of the American Red Cross
