SUMMER LEARN TO SWIM PROGRAM

The Firelands Chapter of the American Red Cross offers Learn-to Swim lessons every summer from June to July at Jackson Jr. High Pool, in Sandusky and the Willard City Pool . We would like to thank the Sandusky City Schools and the City of Willard for the use of their pools!

SUMMER 2010 SCHEDULE

Learn-to-Swim Program teaches all levels of swimmers and pre-swimmers starting at ages 4 and up.    Includes water safety, strokes and fun.  The American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim program was completely revised for 2009 with an increase emphasis on water safety!  All swim levels have been revised, so your child may not be assigned to the level above where they were last year.  New  Preschool levels 1 & 2 for ages 4 &5!

Fees: Levels 1 - 6: $35 (1 session), 2 sessions: $60, 3 sessions: $80, 4 sessions: $100, 5 sessions: $125

Family Rates: 2 kids: $60, 3 kids: $80, 4 kids: $100

Pre-school Levels 1-3: $20 1 session, $35 for 2 sessions, $50 for 3 sessions

Scholarships:  A limited number of scholarships are available through the generosity of donors and local foundations.  To qualify for a scholarship, the child must qualify for the reduced price lunch program at school.  Reduced fee with a scholarship is $10 per session.

Learn to teach American Red Cross swim lessons!  Great way to earn extra money or your first step toward a career as an Aquatics Director!  Must be 16 years old by last class date.  Proof of age may be required.
